On September 12, 2008, His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion visited St. Alexander’s Cathedral and led the Divine Liturgy.  Protopresbyter Valery Lukianov, Mitred Archpriest Boris Kizenko, Archpriest Liuba Miloshevich, Archpriest Serge Lukianov, Archpriest Mark Burachek, Priest Nicholas Manduke, Priest Alexander Botschagow, Priest Leonid Goferman, Priest Seraphim Chemodakov, Priest Vadim Arefiev, Protodeacon Joseph Jarostchuk, Deacon Dimitri Temidis, Deacon Nicholas Lukianov and Deacon Eugene Kallaur co-served with His Eminence.  During the Divine Liturgy, the First Hierarch awarded Fr. Liuba Miloshevich with the jeweled Cross, Fr. Nicholas Manduke with the gold Cross, Fr. Leonid Goferman with the Kamilavka and Fr. Seraphim Chemodakov with the Skufia.  Liturgy was followed by a procession after which Vladyka congratulated them and wished them health and Many Years in their continued service to the Holy Church. Following the church procession Vladyka, clergy, parishioners and pilgrims enjoyed a common dinner in the parish hall. Good weather helped to brighten up the feast day.
